SAFER “Cats on the Border” Program Reaches Successful Conclusion

As you may have seen in the 2023 Annual Program Report, the SAFER “Cats on the Border” program has, over the eight years of its existence, spay/neutered 3351 stray or feral felines, thereby preventing the birth of millions of kittens; kittens that would have had no future in our communities.
