Thank you and the Boards of PACS and the Staats Foundation for your generous grant of $9,000 to spay & neuter feral cats in Fayetteville, TN. The HSLG (Humane Society of Lincoln County) and SAAW (Southern Alliance for Animal Welfare) clinic volunteers are polishing traps and getting ready for action.
