From the Chemung County SPCA Summer 2019 Newsletter: WE’RE GROWING! Every year, more than 1,200 homeless cats, dogs, puppies, and kittens are brought to the Chemung County SPCA. Other animal shelters in the Southern Tier are faced with similar numbers.
