CAPE MAY COUNTY, NJ — To help reach more low-income families and individuals with unaltered animals, Paws and Claws has placed applications for their FREE Fix-A-Friend spay/neuter program at participating local veterinary offices.

Families and individuals currently receiving any one of the nine (9) New Jersey programs of financial assistance can have their pet spayed or neutered by a top professional veterinarian where they can have confidence knowing that their pet’s health is a top priority. Applicants are required to provide proof of county residence and confirmation of their eligibility in one of the approved New Jersey programs. Applications can be completed and surgery appointments made at participating veterinary offices.
